Helping you to nurture your relationship with your body and feel empowered through yoga, food, and community.

I offer one-to-one nutrition and wellness support, regular yoga classes, and workshops. These all aim to foster a connection with others, a healthy relationship with food and your body, and offer opportunities to rest.

Facilitating a healthy relationship with food and your body can feel like a daunting journey. My goal is to ensure this journey is sustainable and enjoyable for as many women as possible. We focus on anti-diet nutrition, enjoyable movement, and mindfulness to facilitate the journey.
